How To Change Profile Picture

I know how to get into the profile editor 'n' that stuff, but when I try to change my picture, it does nothing. Help?

What picture are you using? Whats its width and height? It has to be 75x75. If it is and its not working, use something like this to make it so the file size for the picture is smaller.

I tried that, but it didn't work. When I choose browse for the file, I can find it, but when I click on the button that allows me to set it as my image, nothing happens. I have saved the changes, but for some reason, it doesn't change my image, and I'm still stuck with this low-res crappy in-game screenshot that I took of myself.

And is it a gif?

The resolution is 250x189 (pixels), the file size is 4.03KB and no, it's not a gif.

The resoultion is too high. It has to be 75x75.

Sometimes when you change your profile pic it will seem to will change your profile successfully, but you won't see your new avatar yet, even if you refresh the page.

Hit ctrl+f5 to refresh the page. This will also clear the previous page cache. If you do not see your avatar, ensure your avatar size is no more than than 75x75.
The file size itself should probably be under 60 KB

I set the resolution to 75x75 and it still didn't work. But as another user stated, it might take a day to upload. And as Goth77 said, I won't see my new profile pic yet, so that might be the problem.
