Ok, drink a stuff ton of water and other fluids, and avoid eating solid and hearty foods. O good meal would be:
Toast (no jam or butter)
Eggs (no seasoning or anything)
Crackers (plain, wheat thins work the best)
Soup (probably the best thing you can eat)
And drink a stuff ton of water because essentially all your body is doing is trying to drain your stomach to get rid of whatever is in there, and it releases most of the fluids you intake, drink a lot of water so you avoid dehydration
