Proper lens-flares?

Alright, so you know how the current blockland flare (for the sun) looks like this?
Well, i was thinking if it could be possible for someone to make an addon that would look like this.

It's just some Photoshop preset, but if it works it works, i guess

No, i'm not even sure if that's some thing you can do with sun flares

Maybe some kind of alternate method, but as far as sun flares go, they're just a static image
