How to change colorsets on a singleplayer game?

I'm currently playing Blockland at college and they've apparently blocked the Steam services from working on my computer. I can't connect to steam, and I play Blockland on Steam. For some reason, I am no longer able to switch colorsets or load addon presets. Help?

you're selecting custom, right?
May sound like a dumb question but that's happened to me before

You could still manually change it by replace the config/server/colorSet.txt file.
