Milhamiah instates a Free Trade policy, and abolishes Tariffs on exported goods. Travel tax is increased slightly, but overall trade is cheaper.

This is not a free trade policy, the Adenbell fleet will destroy your settlement if you try to enforce the tax. They can travel there within the day.
