Due to increasing strain on food and water supplies, the military is ordered to round up the slaves.

Raise their weapons.

And kill them.

All nine+ million of them.

Wienza up until now has been standing aside quietly as the warlike nations do what they shall.
But we draw the line at mass genocide: strong condemnation, and all diplomatic and economic ties are broken.

Öln Svölgnir denounces his father and the imperial government. Taking his personal guard (guard as in group, not a single person) and a handful of Junkers with him, he joins the rebels in a war against the state. The small band of Rusa Kavalleri sent to pursue him are convinced into laying down their arms and joining him.

An elder slave, freed by Öln, accompanies him. His name is Erik Borch, and he acts as Öln's adviser and friend. Öln believes in the rights of every man and a diplomatic, trustable state. He intends to replace his father's government as such.

Anschluss II: The counter-Anschluss begins.

so uh
whats going on rite now

Gruzia-Nec, in response, begins to lessen their violent oppression some, but still keep a firm grip of control. Buddhists are no longer forced to be tattooed, but instead carry simple papers to be registered. Occupying forces are publicly requested along Panguan and Suqiu to restrain from acts against normal civilians and buddhists.

People are no longer forced to live in one certain area of occupied cities. Some freedoms are allowed, and the curfew is set back slightly. However, in contrast to these newly given privileges, food begins to be delivered at a lessened rate, in ration-like supplies, though should still be enough to support both populations of the cities. The other food resources are diverted to support forces and the ever-increasing population in Gruzia-Nec.

Announcements of plans for increased conditions in Sunyong territory are given.

nnnnnnnnnnnnn

Urist Svölgnir falls ill.

nnnn

During the executions, some slaves, not willing to lay down and die, while also having nothing to lose, attack and overwhelm their executors. The instigators free their companions and escape into the hills, taking whatever equipment and provisions they can gather. With General Urist Svölgnir bedridden and the bulk of the Romekati military deployed to the north and Xeichi, the local forces are unable to keep order and have to give ground to the revolts, allowing the freed slaves to start organizing into rebel groups. Former military officers from Sunyong and Sonodine take part in these rebellions, providing organization and cohesion to the groups. However, the rebels in the southeastern sector of Romek-Inen are not as well organized, so the Romekati military is able to somewhat hold their ground there, but will soon be overwhelmed.

Coincidentally, the rebellions in the eastern half of Sunyong inspires acts of sabotage in the Gruzia-Nec sector of Sunyong.

oh its intentional

The Anglish King, a proponent to the free man, announces support for the Romek-Inen rebels. He never really liked the ruthless, barbarous rule of the current Romeki government.

The Serisian Government offers joint military training:

Combined Emirates of Espovon

yes

Fravath Expands NE

how far I really hate to be that guy but I'm planning on bordering up to Kyrev, If you want I can cede some of my previously claimed land in return for some to the southeast, we could also square off borders .

from Anglond ports travel to Kryev, Gruzia, Wienza, and Seris.

We shall issue a beginning of diplomatic relations with Saccren.
Perhaps, as a larger nation, we should protect this little nation from the unknowns out to the east....

Anglish merchants and nobles, hoping to produce a great transport network, invest money into a great work.

Investors also invest into a small laboratory in Frisia, who has been testing a prominent change in the ways factories work.

Replacements are made, and considered to be made, in the navy. The targets are specifically the light class who patrol the waters and the Frisian river.
For now, it is seen too expensive in the long run to replace the navy. In time, a class of newer vessels will simply overshadow the current navy.

forget it.
Sonodine pledges allegiance to the new government.

oh i assure you you are involved.

Conservatia meanwhile glances over, watches everyone before going back to sitting alone in the food court, while also trying to settle down their rebels and riots with as many soothing words as they can muster. Ain't got no time for none 'uv that.

aka i'm too sick and lazy to make any worthwhile updates until my throat doesn't feel like it's being stabbed by bowsers prickly richard

Due to ballooning to five times its size (10,000 -> 50,000?) in a year, while expanding territory, the Saccren military is poorly supplied and badly trained. The current situation is unsustainable, and morale is low as a result.

Sonodine tries not to get involved.

sonodine is a vassal state of romek-inen, there's no way it's not involved.

I am Spartacus.

The Avalonian public is extremely sympathetic to the cause of these enslaved peoples, and refugees and the like are considered welcome in the Fatherland, and it is made sure that word reaches them.  Some Avalonians who speak the language of that region, inspired by the republican exploits of Vjornsberg and the noble conflict of these slaves, go and involve themselves in the conflict, but are not openly or directly backed by the Avalonian government.

Avalonia proposes an alliance with Wienza.

Wienza, too, is very sympathetic towards the slaves, refugees, and rebels. They are welcome in Wienza as well.

While we appreciate your gesture of good will and are more than willing to work with Avalon, especially with these events, we feel a formal alliance would be against the neutral foundations of our nation, and so respectfully decline the alliance.

Öln declines these offers of refuge, stating that his place is with the freedom fighters of the realm.

Linking up with slaves, morally guided soldiers, and the junkers' underlings, Öln leads the group to a hillside within the desert where the loyalists cannot easily find them. Rebelling peasants, used to the burn of the Iron Desert, are tasked with locating a water supply. Messangers are sent to east Sunyong and Sonodine, urging that they assist in the fight. He hopes that their familiarity of himself is enough to convince them to fight for a free realm.

Erik Borch starts to educate Öln's followers of the True Faith, speaking softly and amiably. He sends delegates to rebel slave strongholds, hoping to peacefully spread the Great word.

Erik begins writing a bible, not with another on-hand, but by what he claims to be divine guidance. Notably, it tells of God's greatest assistants. Odin, the most pietous of the angels, governs the heavens and maintains God's will. Thor, the calmest of the angels, is God's diplomat to the overworld, protecting and guiding Humanity with lesser angels known as nature spirits. This roll is filled by the souls of animals lost from the physical realm. Mary was watched over by a nature spirit in the form of a great wolf as she birthed Christ, lending this new Christianity's symbol of a cross atop a plaque in the shape of a wolf head.

There is no direct hell, but rather a dark purgatory where the angel Hel determines if you are to ascend to the heavens or become enslaved in her army. Hel represents God's wrath, having used her army of sin and peril to smite decadence seen in those such as the now smitten Satan, who took on the bestial form of Nidhogg to ravage the world and make the continent into the desert we know all too well. Several other great angels exist in the many pages of this book, but are minor in comparison to what has been said so far. Erik considers Protestants to be friends, despite him not quite believing in their teachings.
