Avalonian militias engage in guerrilla warfare against anti-Royalist forces, mostly by the Avalonian border, and Avalonia sends aid to Royalist factions by any means possible, including some light supplies by airdrop.  Avalonia's navy is mobilized to do what damage it can to treacherous Arconian vessels.  Avalonia also works to consolidate loyalist forces so that they can work semi-independently of Avalonian forces in reclaiming their homeland.
