I gotta be honest, guys.  I am actually finding updating and constantly following this game to be a tremendous consumption of time and attention.  Frankly, I am seriously considering either dropping the project altogether or passing it off to anyone who I

Could I get a recap on the current situation?
anglond is vassal of new romekate, arcon & new romekate went to war with gruzia-nec, gruzia being backed by kyrev and seris aswell (i think), the leader of arcon died in avalonia and some guy took control in arcon leading to a civil war between the usurper and the government in exile

The counter-Lamontagne forces are sent north to liberate Arcon. Civilians are rallied in towns freed from the fool's grasp. The first goal is Sounotte.

Sounotte's demographics are close, with nearly 60% of the population being in favor of Crown-Arcon.  A nearby fortification north of the city sends reinforcements.  As they arrive, Romekate realizes that even though they are reasonably equipped, not all soldiers are properly armed or uniformed.  Some amongst the approaching force seem to be underprepared conscripts.

They are asked to join New Romekate's advance. If they refuse, well... We have no choice if they refuse.

The PNP is further denounced for this disgusting method of inflating numbers. Leaflets are fired by artillery calling for further rebellion against the PNP.

new romekate is just steamrolling everyone
when will this era of steamroll end!?!?

A new town is projected to the eastern mountains, and will be named A'Yark Khanad.

Constable forces begin being outfitted with wooden bludgeons.
The government building planned for the Councillery is named the Tribal House, in homage to Samhe Sol's tribal heritage.

New Romekate's military pushes through the remnants of what was once Grùzia's army. As cities begin falling one after another. In Miskolc and other of the largest industrial cities, a good amount of infrastructure and industry, along with supply dumps, is destroyed in an unsuccessful effort to slow the advance. After Pécs, the armed force begins to be spread thin, now most commonly just being armed civilians. Though, their resistance is soon crushed as well. The final act of resistance in the war takes place at Szeged, whereas the final organized units of the Gendarmerie, Landeswehr and K.g. Armee hold out before having to succumb to the Romekate's numbers and low supplies. As the frontline surrounds Győr, an order of surrender is given to the last of the battered armed forces, by their own commander. A number of soldiers leave the city with their hands raised, others choosing to flee deeper into the city in desertion or to go into hiding. It's also at this time that a majority of those who fled west had begun to return to Grùzia-Nec.

Grùzia-Nec has fallen to New Romekate and the shame of defeat burns into their people's souls.

Surrender is accepted. Forces remain in the Gruzian territory as peacekeepers while the civilian sector begins to rebuild Gruzia. Administrative changes, besides a quickly thrown together occupating government, will not be done until Arcon's civil war is concluded.

Vlast begins military reconstruction, modernizing its military. It's army is projected to be modernized by 1860, whiles its navy is projected to be modernized 1865 to 1870.

Vlast begins prospecting it's mineral worth.

"epends on what you want:
I can make double-barreled shotguns with a grip with rubber on the exterior.
Bolt-Action Rifles with a bayonets on the end.
Pistols for your light cavalry to have.
I could also make matchlock arabesques with lever triggers."

For obvious reasons I would need a good hardy group of people to help make these guns.

Anglond begins to send aid to Gruzian citizens affected by the war.

Anglish officers tax these newcomers if they start selling stuff (Samhe Sol).

also why isn't the map updated ahhh

Anglond has esteemed interest in the Wienza peninsula and wishes to have a part of it for easier trade with Seris.

Seris annexes the former Duchy of Fravath if Kyrev doesn't come back

kyrev didn't leave because he was at war when he left - they unconditionally surrendered to romekate.

You will create bolt-action rifles under close scrutiny by the Constables in a small building. We will accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.
We will provide you with the finest gunsmiths we can find.

Kyrev left? When?

Regi, do you have a nation?  Idk if I ever put it in the OP or if you ever posted it in the first place.
