I gotta be honest, guys.  I am actually finding updating and constantly following this game to be a tremendous consumption of time and attention.  Frankly, I am seriously considering either dropping the project altogether or passing it off to anyone who I

kyrev didn't leave because he was at war when he left - they unconditionally surrendered to romekate.

yeah, fravath and kyrev surrendered to NR/A

not seris

Due to special conditions, 30% of Kyrev will go to NR/A.  Fravath disappears all except for Shimrath, which returns to Milmahiah.

i'm annexing the old fravath land and some of the kyrev land around the lake

kyrev portions are not final

i thought the wienza vote applied

?????????

¿special conditions?

You will create bolt-action rifles under close scrutiny by the Constables in a small building. We will accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.
We will provide you with the finest gunsmiths we can find.
"Excellent, work shall begin immediately and we will begin supplying your army by next week."

I thought moderation wasn't supposed to be case by case.

I mean, Kyrev surrendered. This isn't time for God to reach down and fiddle with peace deals. SWAT could've just, y'know, kept Kyrev as an NPC.

Seris starts laying down the framework for the creation private organizations that are likely to be staffed by former government research talent. This will give them the ability to commercialize the technologies they built and pursue their own goals with much more freedom. This will also drive down management costs and allow for a focus on education and basic research (new science).

Wait Kyrev is a NPC nation now?
L'zaar Ishibu, after multiple rejections of his ideas, and in a few cases insults, refuses to serve a hand-full of the western powers, seeing how some of the nations judged him due to his place of origins.

made Kyrev an NPC*

it's not just the fact that per the rules he shouldnt poof fravath and 70% of kyrev but that i already proposed a land deal to tuev and he said "reasonable"

Regi, what is your nation?  Please respond.

Also, no, there will be no NPCs in this game.

And yes, Jun, technically it shouldn't poof due to rules that were invisible at the time, but according to majority moderator vote, it should poof.  What land divisions I proposed was more or less an IC negotiation, not an OOC moderator settment.

Regardless, it would be better to follow the rules, so I'll just do that.
