As for the fortifications, if you ever get around reworking it you should add more towers and make them a bit thicker than the walls.

Castle is looking good. Will you be expanding the colour palette further as you develop it, however? Feels awfully flat as is.

I have plans for changing the color palette but I only wait until the castle is done, then I focus on the less important stuff.
