Whenever I shut down my computer I keep getting "memory reference cannot be read" or some stuff, then I do a scan and get this kind of issue here. Anyone deal with this before?

I believe you should repair from a windows disk in this case.

oh forget I get those errors too
and yesterday I got a bsod saying that a service did something bad

if you read the log file its going to reference something stuffty that doesnt even matter to windows at all.
this is because its a known bug with sfc/scannow
there is a 80% chance that this will take you to nothing special
