Since you clearly don't understand or read the rules, i'll quote them for you.
the first example is not about this kind of situation. enforcing your rules is not abusing your power as the host. if they weren't following their own rules then it would be a different story, but that's not what we're talking about here
the second is also irrelevant because, again, people do not need to be warned about "bad rules"
when you join a server the rules will be immediately obvious. you do not have to worry about spending half an hour building a house or in a deathmatch just for it to be wasted because the host starts randomly banning people, or anything to that effect. you will see the rules as soon as you join, or as soon as you spawn (if you don't, then I guess that could be considered a problem of its own, if it's combined with unusual rules)

I would probably tell you to change your name, then kick you. if you joined again with the same name,
then I'd ban you
cus the swear filter doesn't work for names
