amputate your foot and get a cool prosthetic leg

I hurt my achilles tendon by running on it to much, but it was more of a dull pain with occasional sharp pain rather than jelly foot.

Okay, barrage of questions.

Any noticeable swelling around the area?
Pain on a scale of 1/10 both resting and moving/putting pressure on it?
Any decreased range of motion in your ankle?
Numbness or tingling in your foot?
Does the area hurt to touch or feeling deformed in any way?

I personally don't think you tore anything as you would be in extreme pain and wouldn't be able to walk on it. It definitely sounds joint related. I don't think it would be bone related but more tendon and ligament related. But what exactly is up with them, I have no idea. It honestly sounds like it could be something causing your tendon not to function correctly, like suddenly relax when it isn't supposed to but I can't say for sure.

When this happened previously did you see a doctor? If so did they say what they think it was? Do you have any past medical history of anything that could cause this? Such as previous injury to that area or any muscular/neurological diseases. Being personal information if you don't want to publicize it and wish to discuss the injury further feel free to PM me.

emergency medical hologram or something. i think hes one of the guys that goes with the ambulance teams to an accident perhaps?

put some ice on it.
9 out of 10 high school nurses agree.

Sounds like an ankle effusion. Not always directly harmful in itself but it can put pressure on surrounding tissues. Could be caused by a problem with the immune system or it could be an infection but it's usually trauma related.

Your doctor might prescribe you anti-inflammatory drugs, you could try elevating and icing it idrk

she never asked for that

she never asked for that
make sure the prothetic has a chain gun embedded in

Try to lay off ankle use for a while, i.e. don't try to run a marathon and spend some time taking pressure off of the area.

no noticeable swelling
while resting it's just super uncomfortable and sometimes there's a very faint, dull ache, so maybe a 1/10. when i stand on my toes there's a slightly painful pinching (where i usually feel it collapse if im on my toes), so a 3/10 there
i can't extend it up or down as much as my other foot but it's not super noticeable
the back of my ankle kinda tingled all night, but i didn't feel anything weird in my foot
it doesn't hurt to the touch, but it felt like there was some kind of outward pressure in it last night (as if it were swelling up, but i didn't see any)

i didn't see the doctor when it first happened and i never visited her any of the other times i got the collapsing feelings. i used to take meloxicam for hip and knee pain (i can't do anything high-impact without severe joint pain) and when i visited a specialist about my joints they told me that my ligaments are overly flexive or something. i know i'm double jointed in my fingers and knees though. i am a klutz, so i've had many sprained ankles. i also have high arches and frequently over supinate in my right foot to take the weight off my arches when they ache, which almost always leads to that ankle swelling up and hurting as if i've sprained it (but it just hurts on the outer part, not the back).
