Author Topic: Quick question: Can I use images of Blockland in my portfolio?  (Read 659 times)

I'm creating a portfolio for one of my classes, I want to use some images and I was wondering if this infringes on any copyright laws?
Here's some images of my stuff for your viewing pleasure:

i don't see why not, youtubers have made videos of bl in the past and monetized them
you should at least say they were made in bl

you can, but I'm not sure it'll help you get a job, lol

As long as you take the pictures yourself it will be under the same regulations as making Youtube videos about Blockland.

This is the EULA: https://www.blockland.us/staticPages/EULA.txt
i wonder if some of these points in the eula are enforced
technically you can be revoked for making more than one backup of blockland

So yes, he can use the images. The copyright as per the EULA is only in regards to the software.

You simply can't claim to have made the software. You can use the images as evidence of your design skills however.
