Well, if you're in quickplay, who cares. But my usual counter for soldier 76 is any sort of sniper character. Pharah is also good if you can consistently hit every shot and juggle him around.

The problem is, is that his guns are so accurate and when there's two of them their DPS is so high that I can't kill any because they also have their own set of heals. It was 4 76's and one mercy and they won flat out simple because they were close enough to do massive amounts of DPS, but far away enough to avoid explosion damage. :(

I don't like what I'm seeing though; invisibility, "hacks enemy abilities," teleporting, sounds like another really obnoxious hero to play against
