He's dead now. He was as big as my hand, but now he fits in a little handmade tissue coffin.

Goodbye friend.

WHY THE forget DO YOU LIVE IN AUSTRALIA HOLY stuff

Did you at least give him a drink before he died? Woulda been awfully rude if ya didn't.

The text loaded before the image and I got sad for a second because there was no context. I thought like your hamster died or something.

Then I saw the spider and just about shat myself.

RIP Camel/Tarantula/Some Other Huge Spider #202,453,195.

You will be missed.

what type of spider is that?

what type of spider is that?
rare picture of a pre-mortem "why do people live there" spider

what spider is that
how did it even get in your house

It's tough to say which kind of spider it is exactly, but the length and the pattern of its legs match that of either a White-Tailed Spider or a Black-House Spider. The set set of front legs look a little too long to be a black-house spider, however.

If it wasn't for the feelers at the front (which I don't believe this spider had), I would have guessed a Wolf Spider.

but how did you kill it without burning down your house

I find it very humorous (no offense intended) that you list spider names as if they're guests at a banquet.

oh dear

I meant camel as in like camel spiders.

It had the passing resemblance of one.

did your house suffer much fire damage?
