i guess they needed a safe space

I've gradually realized that Annoying Orange's craziness comes from a place of genuine stupidity rather than carefully-calculated malice. He was never playing 4D chess. It was 1D snakes and ladders.

thoughts? not sure what i think about this yet but it is certainly interesting

Not what I had hoped for, but I should have known choosing hope doesn't work out.

Unless they funnel the money to nukes or terrorists it shouldn't be that bad

You won't have to hope for anything if Tulsi Gabbard runs for president in 2020. She opposes supporting the Saudi theocracy, and she's nothing like Hillary.

Honestly it's kind of what you get when you pick a fight with the admins of a website in the first place.

She really needs to run in 2020. I would definitely vote for her.

she seems interesting, what are her political views / does she have actual plans rolled out or listed? if they're any good democrats may have a chance in 2020

In a lot of respects she's similar to Bernie although she doesn't market herself as a Democratic socialist. She's also a non-interventionist which is definitely a nice shift from Hillary. On top of that she's a decorated army vet.

On top of that, she literally stepped down from heading the DNC so that she could endorse Bernie. I think that's worth a lot of respect.

Is it possible to like something and hate something at the same time

i'm ok with her not being as far to the left as bernie, in fact it might be better for getting votes in the long run. it's still a step in the right direction, and every baby step is gonna count after this presidency. just getting some socialist policies put into place is a good starting point.
