confirmation bias is a bitch. it's important to shut down hoaxes as fast as possible, but you guys only take it as evidence of some kind of systemic issue when it isn't coming from your flock

There are several conservative users in that thread (including Tactical Nuke and INH) who were thoroughly on-board with the hoax reports that it was a Muslim, and yet nowhere in that thread do they treat the hoax like it's a symptom of some bigger issue with far-right extremists pinning every shooting on Muslims. It's only a systemic issue when 'the opposition' does it.

The names I recalled were incorrect. Neither Kearn nor you made any comment about the hoax report, in your case primarily because you were too busy stuffposting about how much you hate the French. Claiming that I was attacking your character to deflect Kearn's point is irrelevant because you have zero character to attack.
