heres to (hoping for) a good 2017.

speaking of the "bad year" stuff, i've got a bit of an expansive hypothesis
all matter influences other matter in some way (gravity, for example) and there is a random "noise" to the universe due to differing variables on a quantum level at all times. what if "luck" exists in a scientific sense that when certain parameters are met (a number being used repeatedly or being in a particular relative physical location, thus affecting things on a quantum level) it affects things on a greater scale due to detectable or undetectable variance in existence as we know it
therefore, to aid in the fact that the year will no longer be "2016" relative to us and will instead be "2017" which affects thing minutely, i suggest we change as much as we possibly can in our lives and routines to scramble as many variables as possible and affect larger outcomes
