Annoying Orange & The US army is completely out of their jurisdiction to mount any sort of strike against North Korea. That would most likely prompt UN interference and start a war.

The only time I could see the US striking first is in an Israel situation where you pull preemptive strikes

*north korea having a history of making threats and launching tests that land in foreign waters from other countries and breaking a stuff load of human rights laws*
"theyre out of jurisdiction!!!"

Russia's done two of those three things for a long time and you don't see anyone else caring

two from russia out of near hundreds from north korea

didnt read the last part of that sentece ok

threats and various human rights violations require peace talks, sanctions & other foreign intervention, not a full-scale assault on their soil.

uh any nuclear strikes on NK would have massive repercussions. it's not an option by any means.

Who said it was

apparently we live in a universe where threats are full-scale invasions that mark the declaration of war

what's that, bob? you want to punch my dog? guess its time to initiate trench warfare
wrong brown townogy

more like someone says "i want to kill you" 10 times plus and they go onto your property un announced so you decide to confront them

I want to kill you being nuclear threats in nk's case, going onto your property being shooting tests that land in another nation's boundaries, and confronting them as in flying bombers there or taking action

nuclear testing is its own issue, but it doesn't prompt an invasion or a strike of any sort. threats don't prompt violence either. keep in mind that their government is its own collective, and killing soldiers & civilians in some sort of bombing strike or attack isn't the best way to handle an oppressive regime that threatens the world.

nobody's declared war yet, but if the US or any country were to attack NK soil, it sure as hell would mean war

"t-they dont mean it! so that means they can continue throwing threats and testing nuclear bombs that land on another nations boundaries without zero repurcussions!"

same logic that let national socialist germany trample over europe, nobody wanted to interfere until it was too late and poland was invaded

There's a method to taking military action, and it doesn't always mean "kill them before they kill us"

there are certain steps that a country should take before they go all out and start destroying whole cities

Germany declared war. In that case, it's completely justified to mount an invasion or offensive of some sort. In this case, there's no war in effect. It's just threats and a few treaty violations. There are proper ways to handle those things that dont involve violence

never said they should detroy citites nor did I imply it

why tf would you destroy cities in a situation when nuclear threats are involved? take down their launching pads / piers / storage areas that has that stuff

If NK tried to nuke us we'd know even before it was loving aimed, the most likely way would be from a big ass launch pad which is discrete as Leslie Jones. Plus their ICBM tech is loving horrible at best and we'd probably have a good chance of shooting it down

If they hit Japan nobody would give a stuff though
