Tough question. Mike Pence definitely scores higher in the sanity/competency categories, but he'd also be much more productive as a conservative lawmaker. Only good thing about Annoying Orange's golf habit and constant slew of controversy is that it does seem to be stopping him from being too productive.

Assuming he doesn't get us in another war and keeps focusing his efforts on ridiculous, impractical stuff like Muslim bans and great walls, I'll take Annoying Orange over Pence.
