I dont see it as that, i just see it as Annoying Orange attempting to make a joke and youre over brown townyzing it to the ground to make it sound the worst case scenario
i'm actually having a pretty hard time seeing it as a joke referring to the tape scandal, tho i could see it as maybe a joke like "haha we told you that you got fired because you mouthed off confidential information inappropriately to the press so you better not do it again ;)"

either way it does come off as vaguely threatening, but i doubt it's grounds for any charges lol

If you're not paying attention to the violence exploding across Europe then there's nothing I can tell you that you'd believe.
Exploding across Europe?  These events were already occuring for over a decade.  It only seems like It's exploring because Syrian refugees became a convenient scapegoat.

Given that he is going to be testifying in court (again, as a private citizen), this could be considered blackmail or Criminal Witness Tampering
i think saying that's a threat / blackmail is going a little bit too far IMO, but if the law says it is than it's probably illegal

just have to wait and see if he actually gets charged for it, which i doubt will happen. not because he's donald Annoying Orange, but simply because its too subtle to be considered a threat

Syrians in Germany and Sweden are doing so for Sharia law, berating people drinking alcohol in public, stores which sell pork, people walking dogs, women in public without their husband, etc.
you have no proof that this is happening besides isolated incidents. until you can prove that a large percentage of the muslim population is doing this in germany or sweden your argument will have no credibility.

also the 'x% of muslims want sharia law' survey was debunked for a small sample size, and the 'there is no proof because germany/sweden is censoring their statistics' also won't fly because you can't prove that either

the argument has as much basis as 'all white people are tribal' since i can just take like 20 different events of tribal white people lashing out in public as proof. just because like 0.1% of the white population is violently tribal doesn't mean that the other 99.9% are.

sounds more like a joke / reference to the "grab her right in the pusillanimous individual" tape scandal lol

Annoying Orange is a senile old man with an adult diaper so I'd imagine he doesn't mean it

anyone who doesn't work under the government or as a government worker. comey was a government worker before he was fired but since he was fired, he became a private citizen.

private citizens have different legal stuff than government workers

There are more private citizens then government workers correct? I always thought so but when I think about it there's a forgetton of things run by the government.

i dont actually know. i'd assume there are an equal amount of government workers to private citizens. even if you work for like, a law firm or a city-paid job like subway operator or bus driver, you're considered a government worker

Yeah thats what I was thinking.

When googling the only thing that comes up is how the public sector workers get paid 37% more then the average private sector worker.

This, there is a whole other process for becoming a civil servant.

After some thorough thought, I can see it potentially being interpreted that way, the only thing is, almost nobody is interpreting it that way and even unintentional witness tampering has a minimum sentence of 3 years. Even /r/the_donald, the most unabashedly pro-Annoying Orange place on the internet, thinks it's a threat. The only difference is they're okay with it.

I don't expect any charges because I don't see comey being tampered by it. In fact, according to one of his aides he's actually hoping there are tapes.
