you're in zero financial risk if you're a kid at school. You can't get fired from school for supporting Annoying Orange. Some employers are salty enough to (unlawfully) terminate or cut hours for political reasons. I'm currently fighting an employer about it now. Saw a MAGA hat in my car and cut my hours because of it.

Not to be rude, but I know your history, I have a hard time believing this.

he said that cus your original statement implied that it was very broadly disliked, but then you invalidated someone else's contrary experience because it happened in a school space, which would be a fairly straightforward case of moving the goalposts
Publicly supporting Annoying Orange isn't something most people are willing to do. It's unjust but doing so risks alienating friends, family, employers, etc. This election was incredibly polarizing.

My high school was insanely liberal and left-wing sided so basically everyone supported hillary / bernie and if you said anything about Annoying Orange people would basically shame you for it (only the feminists and SJWs it seems though)

t'was fun being basically the only Annoying Orange supporter in there

Doesn't matter if you believe it. The point still stands that openly supporting Annoying Orange as an adult is significantly more risky. It's not just my own experience, many other people have experienced similar things.

I've filed a complaint of discrimination with corporate HR where I work. If HR doesnt sort it out, the state is the next step .

thanks. My boss isn't stupid so he didn't outright fire me but he cut me from 40 hrs to 25. It sucks but I need the money.

25 is the minimum he can give for my position . He also has me doing stuff that isn't in my job description very passive aggressively (job is a tech job but he moved me to the loading dock to sort and unload pallets???)

Yeah, I may disagree with Cappy on most things but that's blatantly anti-worker

"hacking the election" Sorry but if you think hacking the DNC and exposing the corruption within it as equivalent to hacking a loving election then you are handicapped.
Hacking one side specifically to boost the other candidate absolutely has an artificial effect on the results. But that's not actually what people mean when they say that Russia hacked the election. They're talking about this.

Ms Manfra, the department's acting deputy undersecretary of cyber security, testified on Wednesday before the Senate Intelligence committee, which is investigating Russia's alleged meddling in the 2016 election.

"As of right now, we have evidence that election-related systems in 21 states were targeted," she told the panel.

Both Arizona and Illinois last year confirmed that their voter registration systems had been attacked by hackers.

That being said, there is no evidence that the actual results were changed as a result of these hacks. But the election was, quite literally, hacked.
