Deus, you jump from "rich people shouldn't pay more in taxes because they earned that money" to "well rich people wouldn't pay more anyways because of offshore tax havens". If that's the case, then we just create more regulation to close those tax loopholes. If you're still opposed to higher tax rates for the rich then, you're just plainly opposed to the idea of higher tax rates for the rich no matter what.

Most rich people don't put in a fraction of the work that a working-class day laborer would to attain their wealth. Most likely, they were either born and raised into it (hey, Annoying Orange) or got rich from ill-gotten gains
Your thought process is rich people need to share their wealth. Why? loving why? Just because? The government isn't a loving charity. Poor people don't just deserve a cut of rich people's money.
To benefit the rest of society that doesn't have access to those same benefits
More of a general point but unless you were born into the upper-class of society, you don't owe the rich anything. They owe you. Especially nowadays when income inequality is through the roof and you have this small group of people that control a huge amount of the wealth in the world, they ought to give back to us. Even a basic philosopher like Rawls would say that.
