Most of it is typical 4chan nonsense but the important part to note is the reclassification of Verizon and other ISPs that resulted in this whole fiasco

Based Styx tells you handicaps to relax

How exactly?

ISPs were reclassified under Title II because of Verizon Communications Inc. v FCC. It was reclassified because the court ruled the FCC could not enforce the 2010 Open Internet Order on any ISP since they were Title I.  The Open Internet Order of 2010 is actually just a continuance of the 2005 Open Internet Policy.  Now with the 2015 order being reversed it's pretty much effectively undone 12 years of Net Neutrality.
