I find it kinda funny how your avatar is a Mad Max 2 maxwell Rockatansky and your PC exploded.

You can touch it just be careful not to shock yourself with static, could damage the parts more.

This.

Circuit Boards are really sensitive to static shock, so best avoid touching your GFX card and only touch the plastic parts or use a piece of metal OUTSIDE the PC case to discharge any electric shock.

Welp, if the system is that trashed, maybe you should start taking the screws out and pull some of the RAM, maybe the GFX if it attached on the Motherboard via a port, save some of the parts, or you could sell them to an E-Waste disposal site and earn some cash. Or you could smash it with a sledgehammer.

Eh, whatever floats your boat.

I safely removed the mobo and ram and cpu on it, the rest is now in storage, for what ever i want to do to it another time

wait, it still works partially after it exploded? am I interpreting this right?
because if i am then your computer must be hardcore or something, normally parts are really sensitive and would be completely dead

if not then your stuff's probably fried, including the HDD. I'd say as long as you're grounded safely it's probably ok to touch it either way, once it's unplugged

If it's got a short the last thing he needs to be is grounded when he touches it.
