CityRPGs aren't random, as far as I can tell. You'll probably be able to guess the nature of every single one hosted down to a T because the hosts of each CityRPG never really change the fundamental mechanics of it.

I have never been on a cityRPG server that has even remotely attempted to break the mold, and yet there's so many people here who ambitiously claim they're working on some new innovative version of the mod.

I mean the funny moments that are shared through out blockland like how you are being chased down the road by a cop car then BOOM your car flies away and you never become jailed again or how you are walking around with cash and have to be worried because some one could go on a killing spree at any given moment.

Cavik's CityRPG is way too damn strict, and iPhone basically lets you do whatever you want, as long as it's not breaking the rules.
