The guy is an odd one. I'll say that. I wouldn't say annoying, but his 'charisma' is rather interesting.

Though he is blalantly stuffposting, he hasn't broken any major rules. Even the 'memes' portion doesn't count as cross posting, as he's only doing that in the Clan Discussion Section, making it valid for a banning.
