You do not seem to be the OP. Are you sure? I assumed it was but then the OP posted a generic picture so it might not be. Soul was a scythe, he wasn't ever called the/a Soul Scythe (in the dub at least), Death Scythe was. There were other Death Scythes though so that was confusing, they weren't called Death Scythe. W/E getting off topic.
