The problem is that YouTube is automated and of course problems will happen. However, Google doesn't do anything about it, this has been going on since like 2010 or something. It was only until recently once Google plus' merge (now gone) back in 2013 in which it became more apparent.

Yeah and the problem is that this automated process is literally illegal because they're providing a safe harbor for people to literally steal everyone elses money by just filing illegitimate 3rd party claims. They've been given plenty of opportunity to fix their system so that this won't be the case but they have done absolutely nothing about it.
