You can, if you give both adapters the same IP.

I tried to using the tutorial you linked earlier but after I set both to the same IP, my internet connection became limited. I was also given a warning message after I made those changes.

The same way you did for your wifi.
They each have their own settings. You may have to keep the one you're not using disabled or else it may give errors, not sure on that.

I guess I'll just alternate my virtual server settings when I want to host on wifi and when I want to host on ethernet, since that seems easier than disabling one.
