Starve yourself.
I've lost a lot of weight in doing so and I feel much better about myself
this is bad. when you eat, you're going to store it as fat and your metabolism will crumble. there are no shortcuts to being physically appealing besides healthy diet and exercise. that will bite you in the ass when you get older.

I'm not pointing any particular fingers, but some people here need to educate themselves a bit about this.

I highly advise against losing that much weight

Especially by eating 1200 calories a day

I would def stick to at least 1500
Obviously I can't tell you what to do but you're at a good weight for your size

IMO you should focus on getting into shape and filling in muscle. you aren't overweight by any means, 145 pretty average for your height.

i feel like im just being paranoid about my weight because i dont have any musclemass?
i feel like i should instead exercise so i can get into shape instead, yeah.

i do appreciate all the help so far. im going to keep this open for anyone else to ask questions for themselves though

BMI isn't always a great indicator of healthy weight, particularly if you're short, or are muscly, but this is what yours would be if you lost 10kg (22lbs).
.

Yeah you gotta be careful with BMI calculator

Basically my brother's BMI lol.

lol you're joking right there is absolutely nothing good or fun about this
This can be said for all dieting
You gotta know your limits as when to eat and when to stop dieting
I ate a small meal every 2 days until I reached the weight I'm happy with

They can be a pretty iffy representation of your health, particularly if you're on the upper end of BMI, as it doesn't take into consideration if you're a muscly person, or are small, yet muscly.
You can obviously be a larger person in that way, but be in good health.

But there's not quite as much to validate it if you're hanging at the lower end, unless you're very tall.

At the moment, Donnie sits firmly 1/2-3/4 up his ideal BMI. Which is a good place to be.

However, if you're naturally just really thin, then being in that "good" BMI might actually be reaching the overweight end of the spectrum. The BMI doesn't really account for body-type (and I mean natural body type, not CIS "this is just who I am" body-type).

yeah, you don't want this.
