you do know this is going to attract no one because of the reasons:
-No modpack, reason to go to first server
-Vanilla with few plugins, unlike other server
-Host known for tekkit hosting vanilla, deterring past users

the Older, active server with more players definitly does not attract people, and being the ant biting on it's toe won't attract anyone. Be another man and remove stuff in the modpack or whatever, you might need an admin.

learn how to host properly without enabling people to do all of these. God damn... You have alot of problems.
What broke?
What could you not do?
Who spammed for admin?
Who cheated?
You should seriously look for a guide for disabling spawning stuff in.
