No but there was a rule against force-field glitching with EE2 rings which was what Utsuho did to get in in the first place.

what I don't understand is why they dont do it nonnel style where they repeat what you did to you and then you have to rebuild instead of getting plain banned

actually I got in originally because your reactor was off and your shield went down which is where I stole a ton of red matter and added an underground door in the reactor to get in
but then you upgraded it to destroy blocks and I started teleporting through the wall, which was exploiting

It wouldn't have shut off if one of the chambers wasn't missing but then again, I don't remember the situation as to dissect it right now.

why would I grief you when I was leeching anyways it doesn't make sense but whatever that server is way gone
