Author Topic: Custom Game Bricks Bug  (Read 1577 times)

So, I'm on Blockland, like usual.
I load up a Custom Game, any kind.
When it was done, I load a house I made.
The game says "GHOSTING..." like it usually does.
I see purple blocks which, within a brief period, disappear.
The game says the bricks were loaded, but they weren't.
I could still step on the bricks that my "house" was made of, because I remembered where they were.
It was like they were painted with some invisibility effect out of the spray can.
I looked in my inventory, and they were all opaque purple bricks. I couldn't place them, either.
I tried using my spray can, which was in the bottom left corner, instead of being in the left center.
I was limited to few effects, the ones that are usually the end of the list.
When I switched the effect in the spray can, the blocks in my inventory didn't change.
The same thing happens every time.
Help?

Take some pictures. It seems like you have a bug with your paintcan or something. When bricks are created but not assigned a color they take on an invisible pink/purple color which you can see if you take out a wrench or a hammer.

Okay. I will take a picture as soon as I can.

I think you're lacking a colorset.

I think you're lacking a colorset.
How do I get a colorset?

I've attached a file on this post.

Try putting it in Blockland/config/server and try it again(restart Blockland if you have it open).

you can download alternative colorsets on rtb archives or on the addons board, and change which one is active in the custom gamemode >>> colorset menu

change which one is active in the custom gamemode >>> colorset menu
That's an RTB feature.

Wait really? I swear I thought it wasn't.
Noedit: Well I guess I was wrong.
