Author Topic: Kicked out of the NEC for "verbal assault"  (Read 2327 times)

So I was pissing myself. The closest bathroom was the disabled-friendly bathroom. I take a piss and when I leave, this whalord is on those walmart carts, you know, those that move people with actual movement issues. So this starfish tells me "Kid, that bathroom is for disabled people such as myself. Don't use it" in a rather rude manner. So I told him "fatassery is not a disability". He told me he was offended and that I should apologize immediately. Left anyways.

Moments later, security grabs my shoulder and tells me to leave the place for the rest of the day or they would call police on the grounds of verbal assault.

I should write a book.

You were both twats in the situation. If a fat guy complained to me about using the disabled restroom, I would literally have just ignored him and walked off, making sure he got angry at the fact I wasn't paying attention.

As far as I'm aware (I could be very wrong), there isn't a single law in any country that says disabled bathrooms are only for disabled people; it's just a common courtesy as they're designed and marked as being disabled-friendly. On that part, you're fine and more the power to you, especially if you can't hold it. Just be careful with your language in future; the public is not the Blockland Forums and it's not a place to be throwing around 6-year old level insults which reflect badly on yourself.

You have people with real mobility issues such as arthritis and then you have these guys that can't control their stomach. Fatassery isn't a disability and shouldn't be considered as one.

I mean pastrey wasn't wrong

You have people with real mobility issues such as arthritis and then you have these guys that can't control their stomach. Fatassery isn't a disability and shouldn't be considered as one.
That doesn't mean you can't show some common courtesy in public. I know you've got a thing for acting like a right disgusting cunt, but having some loving decency will go a long way in your future, mate.

I don't understand how you can be immature enough to think it's fine to go up to somebody you don't know and say "lol you're fat" and think that's:

A) Acceptable behaviour
B) The kind of retort that a mature person would make

Were you not disciplined as a child?

Should the guy not tell me it's for disabled people such as himself or with a rude tone, I wouldn't have responded. I merely returned the favor.

I merely returned the favor.
You could have been a mature adult and explained your situation or just walked away. Instead, you wanted to pick a fight (with the weakest of insults) and you got yourself rightfully tossed out as a result.

It's kind of like glassing some bogan for laughing in your direction and then crying when the police nick you.

I didn't cry, I complied and left. And yeah, I could've been a mature adult just like he could.

Part of being a good person is laughing off offenses. Just have some chill and don't go out of your way to make an ass of yourself.

What you did is stoop to the level of a man who doesn't even have mental control of his own body, let alone his tongue.

I didn't cry, I complied and left. And yeah, I could've been a mature adult just like he could.
you could have
you didnt.

I didn't cry
Please point out where I said that. If you honestly took my example literally, you've got serious issues.

And yeah, I could've been a mature adult just like he could.
Sounds like he was being mature, though. If you quoted him word-for-word, he didn't swear or insult you. He probably was busting as bad as you were and was a little peeved that you took the only toilets he could use.

Yes, word for word with the tone of the phrase "get lost".

And I didn't "take" the only toilet he could use. I probably spent less than 30 seconds to pee and flush.

Should the guy not tell me it's for disabled people such as himself or with a rude tone, I wouldn't have responded. I merely returned the favor.
Fighting fire with fire is usually not a smart idea.
