Two weeks ago I woke up with a mystery pain and ache in my neck. Didn't really think anything off it and after two weeks it felt pretty okay. So I head to the gym, do some warm ups on the bench and throw on 205lbs. As soon as I begin to lower the weight there's a loud pop and pain shoots down my left arm and my neck into my upper back.

I'm at Urgent Care right now getting an x ray on my neck. The doctor said I might have herniated a disc in my neck.

I have another appointment on Monday with my primary so we'll see what's happening with SlayerZs broken neck. I'll keep you guys updated

most don't go to the doctor until they figure something is serious

depends on the pain

two weeks of neck pain is serious

Damn dude, that's rough

two weeks of neck pain is serious
depends on how painful it is

like if it's a dull ache or not

It felt like a stiff neck like I slept wrong and it was fairly dull the last week especially the last few days

I'm only going to the doctors this time because I have tingling, numbness, and weakness in my left arm. Also it costs $$$ to go to the doctors.

I just finished my x rays and they said they'll have the results in a few minutes.

If you get the prints, post em

I will. They took about 6 x rays

Didn't you have problems with other herniated discs before? Were you warming up with 205 or was that your working weight?
