English is great

rogue and rouge.
>mfw i didn't know there was a difference in spelling

however, now that I think about it, it makes perfect sense too have two different words for two different... well, words

similiar nitpicking here - but people get then and than mixed up alot
oh come on
theres more to then than that

i still dont know the difference between were we're and where.
As in when to use them?
"Were" is used to say things like "they were fishing" or "what were you doing". It's used similarly to "was".

"We're" is a contraction of "We are". Use it when you are describing a group of people (including yourself) or saying that your group is going to do something. "We're young and fun" or "We're going to the shops".

"Where" is relating to location. Use it in sentences like "Where are we?" or "The beach is where the concert is".
