I have a couple questions for someone who plays The Crew

60 is fluid but 30 is more than playable. i mean if you think that's bad, go play a game locked at 30 fps and then go play pretty much and ps3/xbox 360 game.

I'm pretty sure (for at least PC) it has 60 fps, although the fps cap setting might be lying I guess
