i have a super dilemma

say that YOU are the worker... would you blame someone for pulling the lever?

No, and I think anyone who would deserves to be the one to die.

that makes more sense
it also reminds me of utilitarianism

The dilemma is pretty much the question "Are you utilitarian or not", so you are right

No because I'd be dead

the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few

jam the lever halfway and derail the train, killing absolutely everyone involved

Similar to the question of what a self-driving car would do if it would either drive into a group of people, or drive off of a bridge. Would it value you, or it would it value the people?

I'd not touch anything. Aren't you legally forgeted if you push the train to kill the 1 man? You technically murdered someone, however, if you don't act, aren't you forgeted for not saving them?

this is a moral dilemma not a legal dilemma

and besides,
do you really care about your own ass more than a trolley full of people

what is the bridge covering? if its just going to fall in the water the dudes inside of it can swim out no problem

If they aren't killed by the crash, or stuck in the train.

The bridge is over a drop into the earth's mantle. The worker is wearing ear protection and cannot hear your warnings. One of them must die.

Now, what if the people inside the trolley were all prisoners being transported to a maximum security prison.

If they aren't killed by the crash, or stuck in the train.
they have the glass breaky hammers thats law.

Death is the only worker in this situation
im gonna go hit a shake shack

they have the glass breaky hammers thats law.
somebody ate them

I don't think it's unlikely that someone is unable to break the glass when trapped in a submerged train, after being thrown like a ragdoll after a crash into the sea.

There's no guarantee that everyone will survive.
