Should you be spending money while asking for money?
I wouldn't fund it at all.

For starters, it's not an attractive build to me.
Secondly, I'd just be buying you Lego.
Thirdly, I'd get nothing out of it being built. I won't ever see it in person, and I'd probably only see poor-quality pics that don't show it off well.

I'd rather just join your server, save the build, and explore it at my own leisure and in better detail. That's kind of the whole point of Blockland. Building a massive Blockland build out of lego is a step backwards.

Just because there have been stupider and stufftier crowdfunding events doesn't mean people are going to donate $10,000 to you.
