Strange Writing...What could this mean?

I have a friend of mine who's a bit....out of it, and just today sent this at exactly 12:00AM, before I even woke up. When I asked him what he sent me, He didn't even reply.

Although I could probably dismiss this as garbage, not only he's a good friend of mine, and wouldn't send me random junk for any reason, The text looks fascinating and not in any text I use. So I am curious as to what the text is saying.

I think this is from homestuck
During Act V II, with the introduction of Alternia and the Trolls, the alphabet they use is extremely similar to the one in your picture.

the lines are divided into pairs, with different fonts/writings/whatever

the first of those lines i don't know, but the second lines are made in some daedric-like alphabet
