Author Topic: Proof that GTA V vehicle physics are literally Blockland vehicle physics  (Read 4207 times)

But that's what these discussions are for. There's just no need to resort to petty insults like Rally did.

Aren't you the dude who cuddles those weird animal pillows in class? Sorry if I triggered you bro, the safe space is that way ->

All roasts aside, there was a legitimate point behind the post. It's ironic that this dude pretends to be an authority on realistic driving physics when he can't actually operate a real vehicle.

i was simply discussing lmao. sorry that the alcohol poisoning killed your ability to grasp a concept so simple.

OH MAN RALLY GOT TOASTED

hillkill, you're a loving idiot. I dunno how anybody can see GTA4's "floating boats" model of car physics as "more rewarding" than GTA5, which is actually really fun. Have you even tried to level up your characters in the Driving skill?

wew lad this dude probably can't stop jerking off for 5 seconds and I've been sober for a year, but hey, while we're digging up stuff from the past Elecro, are you really this upset about GTA physics or do you still have daddy issues? Maybe driving is just difficult because you have stuffty depth perception? Maybe it's your learning disability?

So now that we've got that out of the way, you weren't "discussing" anything, you were stuffting out your cringe-worthy opinion that GTA4's driving was doing a good job of simulating anything besides a bunch of monster trucks in an ice rink, and then said anyone who didn't agree with you preferred 'fantasy over simulation', which is pretty ironic because you can't even drive a 'real' car in the first place. That's not a discussion, that's just straight up "my opinion is better than yours". The simple fact is that if you think GTA4 is a remotely realistic driving simulator, you simply just don't know how a vehicle actually handles. The vehicles in GTA-4 are way too light, and don't have enough traction. Seriously, you can flip a wide-bodied car by turning too hard. It's fun, but it's far from 'realistic'. GTAV is far closer to realistic physics in terms of weight, momentum, traction, ect.

The only thing that GTA-4 wins out realism wise on GTAV is the damage, but at the same time, not loving really. GTA-4 just has the "Realistic Damage Mod" enabled by default. In GTAV the blown tires and wheel damage are objectively more advanced, while body and paint damage in GTA4 is purely aesthetic. The thing about GTAV is that they put a big emphasis on driving nice looking cars, so it would be sorta a pain in the richard to have to go to a modshop and get your car fixed every 5 seconds whenever you bump into a street lamp.

How's that for a simple concept?

Have you even tried to level up your characters in the Driving skill?

That skill doesn't even matter if you're not a tard. I think Elecro is just butthurt because he sucks at the game.

Christ the roasting is real.

I had just wanted to keep it civil, but damn.

Hello, a Blockland Vehicle Physics Pro here. And I confirmed that these are not BVP. I can even determine that these physics are worse than BL's physics, by how realistic it is. As you can't drive on walls irl and BL, but you can in GTA.

I'm laughing so hard right now.
