I hadn't installed it on this Playstation yet, and I tried to today. It will install up until about 43%, then the whole thing crashes with error "Cannot continue using the application. The disc cannot be read." I'm really confused because there are absolutely no blemishes or prints on the disc. I try to launch it again, to be greeted with the error again. The only way I can get past it is to restart my PS4 a few times. When it goes back to the install though, it goes to 6% and gets stuck. I've uninstalled about 3 times, but the same stuff keeps happening. What do I do?
