Author Topic: Trying to keep an "electrohypersensitive" woman from suing the restaurant  (Read 3845 times)

How ridiculous.

I looked it up and apparently this is a real thing, though there's no accepted medical diagnosis for it and it seems to be mostly a mental/subjective thing. I doubt she could win in court over this if she did sue.

She will win the case if she was in SJW court.

There is 0 scientific proof that "electrohypersensitivity" is a thing that exists. It's a ridiculous concept that a restaurant is legally obligated to shut down their entire network because some special snowflake has a non-existent illness. At that rate, she should just leave.

tony you really seem to have beef with these SJWs but why?

I never heard of it before until I saw Better Call Saul and I was like "no way this is real" then I looked it up and I'm right. It's a delusion and not a real condition.
This bitch probably just self diagnosed herself from Better Call Saul.

It's funny because in the TV show itself they expose chuck as being a liar about his illness.

Electrohypersensitivity is a fake condition, its basically a placebo mental disorder, the person basically for some reason makes themselves believe that things like wifi, bluetooth, or cellphones signals make certain parts of their body hurt, it can range from the eyes, to ears or the head itself.

Rumors say its started from people who learn that things like phones emit slight radiation, and they link radiation to to hurting and somehow you end up with this.

OP, just dig up a bunch of proof that its a Placebo Disease and you'll be fine, if she actually does take you guys to court, you could probably do a counter and have her get a mental evaluation, to save any other business from this hell.

there might also be a chance that she knows that the wifi cannot be turned off and is just doing this for the attention and/or lawsuit money.

If she doesn't like WiFi she should move to Antarctica.

or australia lmfao

Let her. There have been numerous researches made into this that have disproved it. None of the subjects were able to determine when a signal was being broadcasted.
