You fight against Spain, a noble cause, to help the Cubans gain independence. Then you demand the Philippines, a region which I was helping to gain independence. A region which is far outside of your sphere of influence.

Now you are sanctioning me because I'm helping to promote a unique mix of Eastern culture and Western civilization. What I consider my waters is what I've outlined in the map above. Your people can pass the islands closer than that but do not send warships through it or I will consider it trespassing.
