It's US territory. Japan never claimed it and the US got "all Spanish overseas holdings outside of Africa," which would include Guam. It's marked on the map, I believe.

That's why there's a dispute over the Philippines. The US theoretically had gotten it in the peace deal, but at the time it was occupied by Japan.
