ive been sad/depressed/lonely/autistic for an entire year now for reasons i wont say what the forget do i do

how do i not think about bad stuff and be happy

Get a hobby that you enjoy, such as drawing or whatever. Also, make sure to actually go outside and be social, it helps.

find a hobby you enjoy, like for me what got me out of my phase was learning how to shoot

i have no clique because nobody likes me except this one chink named akio
