Server slowly starts to lag then eventually crashes

This has been going too long of a time and I've been trying to solve this problem for awhile, removing each add-on and putting them back, I even hosted my server with only 4 songs, same fate. Idk what is going on, but one day I put trace when I left at the point it was lagging and it crashed.

not just removing addons and readdding them one by one, remove all and test

This would be a painfully long process and players would have to play without any of my modifications

try starting the server without addons to see if they're causing the issue

Remove orbs from your add-ons folder and see if that fixes it

Since RTB was obsolete, I knew it was time to change to a similar one. So I chose oRBS.
Any Good alternatives?

there is no alternative that has IRC that is good. as for server preferences and other RTB features that were client sided (mod manager, colorset switching, etc) you can use Greek2Me's stripped-down version
