IDK if it's on Netflix but gosh dang is Parks and Recreation funny. So is Friends, if you don't mind laugh tracks.

I only watched Jessica Jones and Daredevil so far but they were pretty good.

Daredevil is really good, but I couldn't get into Jessica Jones. The pilot was really really boring to me.

I just watched Oculus tonight, and that was a really great horror movie.

And of course I love Mad Men, I'm about halfway through the series. All the characters are very dynamic and interesting to watch develop season by season

I'd also suggest eureka and warehouse 13 if you're into cheesy modern-day scifi/fantasy stuff

Breaking Bad
Snowpiercer was good
Making a Murderer

Here are some great lesser known shows:
The Blacklist (highly suggested)
Z Nation (the show gets really good. dont be discouraged by a bad first couple episodes)
Fringe
Continuum
Marvel's Jessica Jones
The 100 (highly suggested)
Californication

Continuum
dude, continuum is so goofy. I do like it though. I like seeing ads for it or people talking about it lol, cus it seems like nobody else usually knows what it is

I finished the first season of it a few weeks ago, but then I started to watched Z Nation to satisfy my desire for a decent zombie show. Walking Dead sucked last season. Is Continuum worth finishing? There's like 4 seasons on Netflix so far.

Oh yeah, Longmire is pretty good too.

I really like Twin Peaks.
